Multi-Zone Integration Presents a Full Panorama of AT32 MCU Applications
From high-precision, efficient industrial motor drive solutions to intelligent terminal ecosystems in the era of IoT, and breakthroughs in edge computing performance under AIoT scenarios, ARTERY is building a futuristic embedded application panorama centered around high-performance MCUs, continuously empowering customer innovation.
The exhibition featured four major zones: Motor & Industrial Control, Consumer & Commercial, AIoT, and Automotive & New Energy, comprehensively demonstrating the powerful performance and application flexibility of AT32 MCUs.
In the field of industrial robotics, intelligence has become a key driver of industry development. In the mass-production quadruped robot solution from a leading bionic robotics developer, the motor drive unit core uses the AT32F415 chip, with a maximum frequency of 150MHz. It is particularly suitable for high-degree-of-freedom joint control and multi-axis servo motor drive, effectively enhancing coordination and real-time responsiveness of robotic movements.
In drone systems, ARTERY's AT32 MCUs are applied in core modules such as flight control, ESC, and gimbals. The AT32F435 provides efficient data interaction and control capabilities, seamlessly interfacing with HD video transmission, IMU sensors, GPS modules, and ESCs. With rich peripheral interfaces, it supports real-time data acquisition, precise flight control, and intelligent obstacle avoidance.
In electric control solutions, ARTERY offers electric two-wheeler motor control solutions based on AT32F421, AT32F415, and the new motor-focused AT32M412/M416 series. These integrate electronic control systems, energy recovery systems, and BMS battery management systems into one, greatly enhancing the efficiency of motor drivers in this sector.
In the consumer electronics field, responding to the high-speed demands of the e-sports market for data transmission and response rates, the AT32F405 series high-speed USB2.0 MCUs (with built-in PHY) support an 8K report rate, meeting the stringent low-latency and high-stability requirements of high-end gaming peripherals such as keyboards and mice.
Debut of AT32F455/456/457: Creating a Security Shield for AIoT
With the rapid development of AIoT, microcontrollers are facing increasing demands in terms of computing power, reliability, and connectivity. During the event, ARTERY showcased its newly launched AT32F455/F456/F457 MCU series. Based on the 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4F core, they feature a maximum frequency of 192MHz, up to 512KB Flash, and 144KB SRAM, and are equipped with 3 CAN(FD) interfaces, ensuring robust performance in industrial automation, intelligent connectivity, and data processing applications.
For security, the series integrates AES hardware accelerators and a true random number generator (TRNG), comprehensively enhancing code and data protection. The products support industrial-grade temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and comply with IEC-60730 standards, ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh environments.
