ARTERY Technology is actively fulfilling its ESG commitments, continuously promoting public welfare initiatives that combine “environmental sustainability,” “social care,” and “employee participation.” On August 22, the company organized employees to visit the Yoga Farm in Longtan, Taoyuan, to participate in the “Charity Farming Action.” Despite the summer heat, employees planted hundreds of sweet potato seedlings by hand, demonstrating the determination of both the company and its employees to contribute to society together.

On the day of the event, participants worked in groups to weed, plow, and plant, truly experiencing both the hardship and joy of farming. Although drenched in sweat during the process, everyone remained cheerful and engaged, gaining not only hands-on agricultural experience but also team bonding and passion for public welfare. More meaningfully, once harvested, all the sweet potatoes will be donated to orphanages, providing children with healthy food and warm support.
ARTERY Technology stated that ESG is not just a slogan but something to be implemented in the daily operations of the company. Through this farming experience, the company not only promoted environmental education and sustainability awareness but also allowed employees to understand the precious value of “starting from the land.” Planting, waiting, and harvesting resemble the company’s own growth journey—requiring effort, patience, and responsibility—ultimately returning growth and value to society.
This activity also further strengthened teamwork among colleagues and enhanced cross-departmental interaction, making ESG a culture embraced by employees rather than merely a corporate strategy. ARTERY Technology hopes that through each sweet potato seedling, the cycle of kindness will continue to grow, allowing the company, employees, and society to harvest together.
In the future, ARTERY Technology will continue to expand its ESG impact through volunteer services, environmental protection, and public welfare projects, practicing the core values of “people-oriented, coexisting with the environment, and prospering with society,” and planting more seeds of hope for sustainable development.
