This awards ceremony aimed to recognize enterprises that have achieved outstanding accomplishments in motor control technology over the past year. The AT32M412 series is a high-performance microcontroller product specifically developed by Artery Technology for the motor drive application market. Based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4F core, it delivers a maximum clock frequency of up to 180 MHz and is equipped with 128 + 28 KB Flash and 16 KB SRAM, providing high-speed computing performance. It also integrates abundant motor-drive-related resources, including 4 OPs, 2 CMPs, and two 12-bit ADCs with a total of 18 external channels. With excellent performance, reliability, and stability, it is widely used in electric two-wheelers, e-bikes, washing machines, compressors, inverters, industrial fans, servo motors, robotic joints, and power tools.
In addition, at the seminar, Artery Technology’s Product Marketing Director, Mr. Lin Jinhai, delivered an insightful keynote speech titled “AT32 MCUs Continuously Empowering Innovative Applications in Robotics and Diverse Motor Drives.” He pointed out that amid the accelerated deployment of AI and robotics technologies driving industrial transformation, the motor industry is placing increasingly higher demands on performance and integration. With high-performance MCUs as a key driving force, Artery Technology is committed to promoting an intelligent leap in motor control technology. He also highlighted innovative achievements of AT32 MCUs in key algorithms, including motor winding parameter self-identification, automatic tuning of current-loop PI parameters, self-learning magnetic encoder angle correction, and sensorless flux estimation.
The AT32M416 and AT32F456 series MCUs from Artery Technology provide efficient and flexible solutions for robotic drive and control. Among them, the AT32M416 integrates a CAN-FD communication interface and adopts a compact QFN32 (4 × 4 mm) package design, enabling seamless integration into extremely space-constrained structures such as dexterous hand fingers. This significantly improves PCB space utilization and system design flexibility, and has already been successfully applied in space-sensitive scenarios such as dexterous hands and quadruped robotic dogs. Meanwhile, the AT32F456 series addresses more complex control requirements with higher performance. Powered by a Cortex®-M4F core with a clock speed of up to 192 MHz and built-in 512 KB Flash, it easily handles multi-degree-of-freedom coordinated finger control and complex communication tasks. With up to three CAN-FD interfaces, it provides high-speed and stable multi-node real-time communication for complete systems, accelerating intelligent collaboration in robotic systems.
