Mainstream line, Cortex®-M4F 240MHz CPU, 256~1024KB Flash, 224KB SRAM, EMAC, 2CAN, 8UART, XMC, USB Microcontroller

AT32F407 series microcontrollers, based on 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4 core, utilize advanced process to achieve 240 MHz computing speed. The embedded single precision floating-point unit (FPU) and digital signal processor (DSP), various peripherals and flexible clock control mechanism can meet a wide range of applications. It also features up to 1 MB Flash memory, 224 KB SRAM and Flash access zero wait, far beyond the same level of chip industry.

In addition, AT32F407 series also imports the Security Library to support the use of passwords to protect the specified program area, in which IDH programs the core algorithm and provides to downstream customers for secondary development. Moreover, there are eight sets of UART serial interfaces, two sets of CAN buses and compatible IEEE-802.3 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port controllers available to suit for IoT applications. The USB device applications, without the need of external crystal oscillators, can reduce costs while enhancing the reliability of end products.

AT32F407 devices not only perform well in the temperature range of -40 to 105°C , but also offer a variety of chips for selection in response to diverse memory requirements. Through its powerful on-chip resource allocation, high integration and cost-effective performance, they are able to maintain its competitive edge in terms of design solutions with high computing demands.
