Value line, Cortex®-M4 150MHz CPU, 64~256KB Flash, 32KB SRAM, CAN, OTG,
2COMP Microcontroller

AT32F415 (value line) series, powered by ARM® Cortex®-M4 core, features up to 150 MHz CPU computing speed and embedded data signal processor (DSP), 256 KB Flash memory and 32 KB SRAM. Its system memory (18 KB) serves not only as a boot loader, but also as user instruction and data memory at one time, achieving a maximum of 256+18 KB of space. More than that, it boasts up to 5x UART, 2x SPI (multiplexed I²S), 2x I²Cs, 1x SDIO, 1x CAN (2.0B Active), 1x 16-bit advanced timer, 5x 16-bit and 2x 32-bit general-purpose timers, 1x 14-channel DMA controller, 2x extended high-speed rail to rail input/output analog voltage comparators, 1x 12-bit 16-channel high-speed ADC with 2M SPS. Almost fast I/Os are 5 V-tolerant that support high-speed data collection and mixed signal processing, among others, with the competitive edge far beyond its counterparts in the USB OTG MCU field.

AT32F415 series is equipped with Security Library (sLib) developed by Artery. It is a defined area protected by a code in the main memory so that solution providers can not only program core algorithm in it with great peace of mind, but also provide downstream customers with room for secondary development, greatly enhancing its security, reliability and usage convenience.

In addition, AT32F415 devices can perform well in the temperature range of -40 to 105°C , and provide a wide range of chip selection, including five packages such as LQFP64, LQFP48, QFN48 and QFN32 in response to diverse demands. Its powerful on-chip resource allocation, high integration, cost-effective performance has built up its outstanding competitive edge in the global market, becoming the top choice for design applications that require high-speed computation and USB applications such as gaming, industrial automation, motor control, IoT and consumer electronics.
